Your donation goes to fund the independent research and education surrounding native plants. The aim is to provide accessible information for naturalists and students who want to understand the behavior, population distributions, and ecological interactions within these plant communities. It is also meant to inform gardeners and conservationists on ideal plant selection for the region and habitat they are looking to restore. My hope is that academics can use this research to advance these ideas and inspire further development in this field.

Project Ideas: 1. Compile historical observations of native plant families throughout Massachusetts and suggest native range 2. Produce native plant guides for amateur botanists to familiarize themselves with the native flora of Massachusetts and their distinct range 3. Write a book that describes indicator species of Massachusetts plant communities to help with plant selection
